Darren Hedges – Founder
Starting my career in ground operations in 1991, I have spent more than three decades working across passenger, cargo and loadmaster functions. My experience ranges from frontline operations to senior leadership roles, giving me a 360-degree view of what makes an aviation business successful.
Throughout my career, I have supported major international carriers, specialist cargo operators and startup airlines. I have served as a Senior Lead Loadmaster on wide-body freighter operations, managed complex ground operations across multiple continents and led operational readiness projects for new carrier launches.
Hedges Aviation was founded to provide direct access to this depth of experience. I believe that aviation consulting is most effective when it is practical, hands-on and focused on the real-world operational challenges that decision-makers face every day.
